This page explains what information you share when you use franlugo.com, what the site measures with your permission, and how to ask about it.

Please don’t include sensitive personal information or confidential client records in an enquiry.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. Your hotel or organization is optional.
A checklist request asks for an email address so the requested material can be sent. Requesting it is separate from joining a newsletter.
The enquiry form and the checklist request prepare a message in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send that email.
The GoWell Magazine sign-up asks for your email address. It goes to GoWell’s mailing service, Zoho Campaigns, so we can confirm your subscription and send the magazine. Every issue email has an unsubscribe link.
The purpose of an enquiry is to understand your request, respond and discuss an appropriate next step. Do not use the form to send private records about guests or other people.
You can read the site and download the supplied speaker dossier without completing an enquiry form.
With your permission, franlugo.com uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, their device and browser, and their approximate location.
Google Analytics only loads after you choose Accept in the privacy banner. If you decline or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_BSWD4ZH3B4, which last up to two years. Google processes this data as our provider and may process it outside Mexico, including in the United States. Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months and is not used for advertising.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
Your choice is saved in your browser, not in a cookie. You can change it at any time with in the footer.
To ask how information you submitted is being used, or to request a correction or deletion, write to [email protected].
You can also ask to access your information or object to its use, and withdraw your consent to measurement at any time.
Tell us which enquiry or email address your request concerns. Please do not send identity documents unless they are specifically needed and requested through an appropriate channel.
